Proofs: Our advertising representatives work closely with our production staff to create an ad that is right for you. We always provide you a proof at no additional cost and we make reasonable changes at your request. 

Inserts/Preprints: Inserts within The VOICE are an effective method of catching a customer's attention. You can insert in all or a fraction of our newspapers. We do not deliver inserts by specific zip codes or by specific areas. Additionally, in order to avoid a folding charge, the insert must fit inside our paper, which measures 10" W X 11.50" H. (See our media kits to the right for rates).

Deadlines: The advertising deadline for The VOICE is always the Friday prior to our Wednesday or Thursday publication dates. Classified deadlines are Monday at 5 p.m. EST.  Special supplement deadlines vary.
